I burned down my apt (accidently). Everything was lost, except for these reef’s on the floor right next to the melted down plasma tv.

I purchased this pair online. I had a pair purchased from a store. These sandals are simply fantastic. They provide me with the type of arch and heel support I need. I was thrilled to get a pair from Amazon at a fraction of the cost locally. Everything arrived timely and in perfect shape. I would recommend the Fanning model to anyone who likes thong sandals and wants lasting comfort and value.

5 Stars Cool Sandals!
I cant complain one bit about these sandals, they are super comfortable after being broken in and the bottle opener on the bottom is awesome. Nothing is funnier than taking your sandal off at a party and opening someones beer.

Just a word of warning though, you do kind of need to break these in since the toe strap isn’t really curved or molded for your feet on day 1. However, after about a week it was much more comfortable.

4 Stars A great all around sandal
when I first Got the sandals they where a little tight on the strap side and I could not slide my foot in like I have been able to with my other pairs. Other then the strap bieng tight the Fanning sandal felt really good on the bottom of my feet. I have been wearing them on and off for the past month or so now and they have broken in a bit still not able to slide my foot in and go but its getting better with time.These are alot better cushion then any of my past sandals. The bottle opener works wich is a plus but watch where you walk you can clog it up with some not so pleasent stuff that you wouldnt want around your drink. Overall A great sandal

Best sandals i’ve ever owned in my life. Reef makes top notch sandals, the last pair I had lasted over eight years. I had to buy a new pair because they literally rotted of my feet. They lasted all through the time I was a lifeguard, deployed to the Middel East, and just everyday wear and tear. This new pair feels better, fits great, and just all around meets the expectaions I have of Reef and its products.

Newport H2 Full Sandal -Mens

I recently purchased my second pair of Keen newport sandals. The first pair I got were awesome right out the box. I wear them all the time. So I decided to purchase a second pair. Same size different color. They don’t even feel close to the other ones. I’m wearing a pair of socks with them trying to get them broken in. Seems that Keen is not consistent with their sizing. Hope they start feeling good soon or they’ll end up in my wife’s annual yard sale.

Bought this for the “urban jungle” of NYC. I’ve been wearing them almost every day for the past month and they are very comfortable. They seem to be well made and are holding up well. I’m very pleased with the purchase and would recommend them.

5 Stars Outstanding Performer
I have had my H2 sandals for over 3 years, and have put well over 1K miles on mine. Around town, in the water, and on the trail. They have not worn out or fallen apart, or lost color. I did have to have a shoe repairman reinforce the seams on the fabric where the side panels meet the sole, maybe 100 miles ago, but after 1K miles, I guess a little seam repair is more than reasonable. I just bought another pair, on sale, but they are still in the box cause the old ones are still going strong.

A lot of people say it feels a half size too small but I think it feels true to

both size and width. I received these shoes and was pleased to find that there

isn’t any break-in time. I have a job where I walk around for 8 hours straight;

I wore these the first day without any pain later that evening or the next day.

There is an adjustable elastic cord that can be tightened, but I think the shoes

are more comfortable if they are left a little loose. I had them tightened one

day and noticed a pinching sensation after a couple hours of use. Another reason

to wear them loose is that it makes it easier to put them back on if your feet

are wet or sweaty

They feel like they have very good traction but I’m not walking through rivers

with slippery rocks so it isn’t the best test.

Because these are closed-toe sandals, it creates a problem when small rocks,

sand, or other objects get into the shoe. I found that I can’t just wiggle my

foot around to get rid of the nuisance, I need to take the shoe completely off

and dump it out. Another thing I noticed about these shoes is that it dried out

the back of my heels. I only had to apply lotion once to correct the dryness and

I have not had a problem since, but it is something to be aware of.

Overall this is a great sandal and I don’t have to worry about sticks or other

objects stabbing my toes because of the closed-toe feature. I have owned these

for about a month now and they don’t show any signs of wear so I expect them to

hold up for a long time. I would not recommend them for walking around on the

beach because sand and rocks get trapped underneath your feet and up in the toe

area, but for walking through rivers and as a casual shoe these are great. One

last problem that I just thought of is that they aren’t comfortable for standing around with minimal movement for long periods of time. It’s possibly just my feet, but anyone interested in these should try them on and stand around for a while to see how they feel.

3 Stars Plantar Fasciitis sufferers beware!
Initially these sandals were a dream come true, but plantar fasciitis pain has returned after 3 years of zero pain. As my FitFlops stretched from wearing daily in my house for 6 weeks (they’re so comfortable!), I’ve had to grip with my toes as I walk. Toe gripping in sandals isn’t good for plantar fasciitis sufferers - and there are many here in Florida where we have tile floors and year-round warm weather. If you don’t have foot problems, they are great, but be aware and be careful if you’ve ever had problems wearing flip-flops or other thongs.

FitFlops are the best flip flops I have ever purchased. They are great for everyday wear and the dressier ones are great for evening wear. The innersole cushions your foot and keeps your legs comfortable all day. I have MANY pairs of these shoes in various colors and styles. I highly recommend the FitFlop for everyone.

1 Star not worth it
I just got these shoes. Very poorly made (you can see the glue and bad cuts). They look like knock offs. Also the velcro banding does not stretch so if your feet don’t fit under you are screwed. It hurt my feet. The only positive is soft bottom of the shoe. Absolutely not recommended for working out and long walks since they fall out of place and it hurts between the toes. If I could I would return them immediately.

I am a size 9 in shoes and in Fitflops, as well. I’m glad I bought them in a store & tried them on. Online, I read to size down 1. They would have been too small.

They are very comfortable walking around New York city streets which can be filled with holes, cracks & are uneven. I don’t know about the toning claim.

The only drawback for me, is that they make my feet look huge. I will probably get another pair (on sale, I hope).

I LOVE fit flops. I have been wearing flip flops since college and these are, by far, the most comfortable and most kind to my feet.

No, they do not work my bum. But that’s not why I bought them. I was impressed by how many people said fit flops were comfortable and wanted to try them for myself.

I have TWO pairs - black and bronze. LOVE them, especially when summertime comes around!
